Support
How to get help, and what to include so we can help quickly.
Check first
- Most questions are answered in these docs and the FAQ. Use the search box in the sidebar.
- A transaction you can't find? Open it on the block explorer from your wallet or the Activity tab: if it's there, it happened on-chain.
- Something looks stuck? Reload the page. Your funds live in your wallet and on the exchanges, never in the page.
Contact us
Reach the team through Kyro Zeta's official channels linked at the bottom of the home page. Include what you were doing, the network, the transaction hash if there is one, and a screenshot.
Stay safe
Support never asks for your keys
No one from Kyro Zeta will ever ask for your seed phrase, private key or a wallet signature to "verify" or "fix" your account, and support never messages you first. Anyone who does is attempting a scam.
